HS5936 Vibration Tester

One Application scope and characteristics:
The HS5936 vibration tester is a digital, pocket sized vibration measuring instrument that can directly measure vibration acceleration, vibration intensity (velocity), and manually transmitted vibration frequency weighted acceleration values. It has a wide measurement range, a larger value retention function, and provides AC and DC outputs for further analysis by other analytical testing instruments. It is mainly used for measuring machine vibration to evaluate the intensity of machine vibration, and can also be used for measuring the vibration of handheld tools (such as chainsaws, rock drills, pickaxes, etc.) to evaluate the impact of handheld tool vibration on the human body (arms). The measurement of vibration acceleration and intensity meets the requirements of ISO2372, ISO2373 standards and relevant national standards. The measurement of hand transmitted vibration meets the requirements of ISO5439 and GB/T14790 standards, and the instrument performance meets the requirements of ISO8041 standard.
This instrument is used by departments such as mechanical design, manufacturing, power, equipment management, labor protection, transportation, and environmental protection to perform online detection and monitoring of machine equipment faults and aging signals, for product quality control, vibration test measurement and control, and for the evaluation of manually transmitted vibrations.

4. Detection characteristics: true effective value, peak value, peak to peak value.
5. Display: A 4-digit LCD display with a larger effective value retention function. The display period is about 1 second.
6. AC and DC outputs, with a full output of approximately 2V RMS and an output impedance of 2k Ω.
7. Accuracy: better than 5% ± 2 words (first decimal place).
8. Power supply: External DC power supply: DC 9V. Internal battery 7.5 V, 5 LR6 high-performance alkaline batteries.
